- Regulatory Compliance Champion: Champion strict adherence to regulatory guidelines within the digital banking landscape.
- Collaboration is Key: Foster strong partnerships across departments to elevate customer satisfaction and spearhead digital transformation initiatives.
- Security & Risk Management: Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to safeguard the integrity and security of branchless banking systems.
- UAT Champion: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new branchless banking projects, guaranteeing thorough testing procedures and approvals before launch.
