ISLAMABAD, October 11, 2024 — The NADRA Pakistan has released a new update for its Pak-ID mobile application, now available as version 3.4.0. This latest version offers an array of new features and improved services, making it easier for citizens to apply for and manage identification documents online.

Key Features:

1. Child Registration Certificate (CRC) Applications:

Parents can now apply for their child’s B-form (Child Registration Certificate) for children under one year of age in both normal and executive categories.

2. 24/7 Support through Chatbot:

The app now includes round-the-clock assistance via an integrated chatbot, helping users resolve issues and get answers instantly.

3. ID Vault for Secure Document Storage:

Users can securely store their identification documents in a digital format within the app and share them when necessary.Nadra Pakistan

4. Simplified Account Creation and Application Process:

The user interface has been revamped, making it easier for citizens to create accounts and submit applications.

5. Cancelation Requests:

Citizens can now submit cancelation requests for their National Identity Card (NIC) or NIC for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) in all categories directly through the app.

6. Transfer of Applications to Executive Category:

Pending or incomplete applications can be upgraded to the executive category for faster processing. The app also provides an option to apply for refunds for rejected or canceled applications.

7. Appointment Scheduling at NADRA Pakistan Centers:

Users can now schedule appointments at their nearest NADRA center in advance, streamlining the process and reducing wait times.

How to Download:

The updated Pak-ID mobile app is available for download on both Google Play and the App Store. Citizens can scan the QR code available on NADRA’s website or search directly in their respective app stores.
