Gold Prices Surges in Pakistan: Rs 2,000 Increase per Tola

On Saturday, the Gold prices of 24-karat gold surged by Rs. 1,600 per tola, reaching Rs. 275,500, marking a significant increase from its previous trading day’s price of Rs. 273,900.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold jumped by Rs. 1,372 to Rs. 236,197, up from Rs. 234,825.

The 22-karat gold price also saw a notable rise, with 10 grams now costing Rs. 216,514, compared to Rs. 215,256 previously.

In contrast, silver prices remained steady, with per tola and 10-gram rates holding firm at Rs. 3,050 and Rs. 2,614.88, respectively.

Globally, gold prices witnessed a $16 increase, reaching $2,656 per ounce, up from $2,640, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
