Global outages struck the social media platforms X and X Pro early on Thursday, as reported by Downdetector.com.
Previously identified as Twitter, individuals using platform X encountered a disturbance that hindered their ability to view posts, coupled with a welcoming message displaying “Welcome to X!”
Loading challenges were encountered on X Pro, previously known as TweetDeck, displaying a message stating “Waiting for posts.”
Downdetector data revealed that over 47,000 users in the United States encountered access problems with both X and X Pro. Meanwhile, in Pakistan, around 1,000 outage reports were recorded at 10:30 am.
Downdetector employs various sources, including user status reports, to track and compile data on outages.
