Majid Al Futtaim, the exclusive operator of Carrefour in Pakistan, has unveiled the inauguration of two new Carrefour supermarkets in Lahore as part of its strategic vision to enhance investment and retail presence in the country.
This expansion, representing a 14 billion Rupees investment, elevates the total number of stores in Pakistan to 13. Positioned strategically in DHA Phase 7 (Sector T) and DHA Phase 11 (DHA-Rahbar, Block 2M), these stores redefine the shopping experience by addressing customer needs for groceries and daily essentials beyond conventional supermarket offerings.
The stores feature a bakery and deli, offering an extended range of delectable food options with diverse flavors, accompanied by an onsite cafe. Additionally, a dedicated fresh butchery section adheres to international quality standards.
Notably, the new stores introduce Myli products, an exclusive health and beauty concept by Majid Al Futtaim, encompassing cosmetics, fragrances, hair care, and skincare essentials. This aligns with the growing demand in Pakistan for premium yet affordable personal care items. Both locations house a convenient in-store pharmacy, contributing to community health and establishing the stores as comprehensive destinations for daily essentials.

With a focus on promoting local brands, 85% of the diverse product selection is sourced from locally owned businesses. The expansion is expected to generate approximately 150 new job opportunities, reinforcing employment prospects in the local community.
