BYD Drives into Pakistan

Leading Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, BYD, has signed a groundbreaking collaboration with Mega Conglomerate Private Limited, a prominent Pakistani enterprise. This partnership marks a significant step towards a greener future for Pakistan’s transportation sector.

The Agreement: Innovation Meets Local Expertise

The official signing ceremony took place at the BYD Asia Pacific Dealer Conference in Xi’an, China. Representing BYD were Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD Asia Pacific Auto Sales Division, and Zhang Jie. Aly Khan, Executive Director of Mega Conglomerate, signed on behalf of the Pakistani company.

BYD Showrooms to Open Across Major Cities

As part of the agreement, BYD plans to establish three flagship showrooms in major Pakistani cities: Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Expected to open in 2024, these showrooms will serve as a platform to showcase BYD’s industry-leading new energy vehicle technology. Customers can also expect a seamless retail experience with the option for direct vehicle orders.
