Karachi: The gold prices experienced a decline on Saturday, with prices dropping for 24-karat and 22-karat gold, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

24-KARAT GOLD TAKES A HIT

The price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs. 700, settling at Rs. 275,500. Similarly, 10 grams of 24-karat gold saw a Rs. 600 drop to Rs. 236,197.

22-KARAT GOLD PRICES SLIP

Meanwhile, 22-karat gold prices slipped to Rs. 216,514 per 10 grams, marking a decline from the previous trading day.

SILVER PRICES UNCHANGED

In contrast, silver prices remained steady, with per tola and 10-gram rates unchanged at Rs. 3,050 and Rs. 2,614.88, respectively.

INTERNATIONAL MARKET TREND

The downward trend in gold price mirrored international market movements, where gold prices fell by $7 to $2,653.

MARKET ANALYSIS

The decline in gold market prices may be attributed to global economic factors and market fluctuations. Investors and consumers are advised to monitor market trends for informed decision-making.
