– Be incorporated and located in Africa, Antarctica, Australia/New Zealand, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Europe, the Middle East, North America, or South America
– Be at the prototype, user, or paying user stage
– Be at the Angel, Pre-seed, Seed, or Series A funding stages
– Have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
