Role Overview for Sales Engineer:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets for instrumentation and valve business.
  • Nurture existing client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding field instrumentation and valve solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Independently drive sales amounting to 150 – 200 M PKR.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in field instrumentation and valve sales.
  • Familiarity with reputable instrumentation brands is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
