Job Description of Industrial Equipment Technician:

• Machine Operation & Maintenance: Experience operating and maintaining various production machines like fillers, cappers, labelers, and mixers is a plus.
• Installation, Maintenance & Repair: You’ll expertly install, maintain, and repair a variety of equipment and machinery
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Your troubleshooting skills will be put to the test as you diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic breakdowns within complex machinery.
• Diverse Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of AC/DC motors, contactors, relays, logic circuits, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, actuators and much more.
• PLC & HMI Programming: Programming and maintaining PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and stepper motors.
• Advanced Systems Management: Manage printers, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems, inspection systems, and barcode readers.
• Preventive Maintenance & Optimization: Focus on Preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical/Electronics (or equivalent qualification).
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
