Scholarship Duration
The duration of the scholarship ranges from 1 to 12 months, offering flexibility for scholars to conduct research across various disciplines, excluding Chinese language studies. This flexibility allows scholars to tailor their research to their interests and goals.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the China Link Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Citizenship:
Must be a citizen of a country other than China.
Age Limit:
Under 45 years old for undergraduate and master’s applicants; under 50 years old for doctoral and faculty applicants.
Enrollment/Employment: Must be a full-time student or full-time academic staff at one of CSC’s foreign partner universities.
Admission/Invitation:
Must have received a pre-admission letter or an invitation letter from HIT.
Application Process
The application process involves two main steps:
Pre-Admission:
Applicants must apply for pre-admission and receive an invitation from HIT.
CSC Online Application:
Complete the online application on the CSC website Link https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login and upload the necessary supporting documents. HIT’s agency number for the application is 10213.
After completing these steps, HIT will notify applicants of their scholarship admission results.
Important Deadline
Scholars must arrive in China no later than August 31, 2025, to commence their studies or research.
