Jamie Benn delivered an outstanding performance. On a 2-on-1 play with Logan Stankoven, Benn scored the opening goal at 3:39 of the first period. He also assisted on Esa Lindell’s empty-net goal at 17:57 of the third period, won 3 out of 4 face-offs, recorded five hits, and blocked three shots.
Goal of the Game
Mason Marchment perfectly positioned himself to redirect Ryan Suter’s shot at 3:41 of the third period, securing a 2-1 lead for the Stars that they maintained until the end.
