Reporting directly to the Manager of the Project Management Office, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and tracking the progress of IT projects while ensuring seamless communication and documentation.

Job Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:
- Assisting project managers and the PMO in preparing and maintaining presentations and documentation.
- Drafting minutes of meetings, noting action points, and circulating them efficiently.
- Ensuring all project documents are completed on time, updated regularly, and managed effectively.
- Informing stakeholders of any changes made in templates or documents by the PMO.
- Ensuring timely submission, revision, consolidation, and distribution of monthly status reports to higher management.
- Coordinating with the PMO to highlight any existing or potential issues in projects.
Eligibility Criteria for Project Coordinator Role:
To be considered for this role, you should have/be:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, with CAPM certification as an asset.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination and document management.
- Sound knowledge of the Information Technology sector.
