Exciting Opportunity: Project Management Coordinator Required at Agha Khan University

Reporting directly to the Manager of the Project Management Office, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and tracking the progress of IT projects while ensuring seamless communication and documentation.

Job Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

  • Assisting project managers and the PMO in preparing and maintaining presentations and documentation.
  • Drafting minutes of meetings, noting action points, and circulating them efficiently.
  • Ensuring all project documents are completed on time, updated regularly, and managed effectively.
  • Informing stakeholders of any changes made in templates or documents by the PMO.
  • Ensuring timely submission, revision, consolidation, and distribution of monthly status reports to higher management.
  • Coordinating with the PMO to highlight any existing or potential issues in projects.

Eligibility Criteria for Project Coordinator Role:

To be considered for this role, you should have/be:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, with CAPM certification as an asset.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination and document management.
  • Sound knowledge of the Information Technology sector.
