Following the e-balloting, the Bank of Punjab (BOP) will conduct financial scrutiny of the guarantor or co-borrower. According to an official statement:
“During this post-balloting scrutiny, BOP may request additional documentation. Only those students who pass the BOP’s scrutiny will be confirmed as successful recipients of the bikes. Applicants must provide the necessary documentation along with their online application for this purpose.”
Bike Delivery Process
Booking and Insurance
Once the payment is received by the vendor or dealership, the bike will be booked, or if available, its chassis and engine numbers will be sent to BOP for insurance purposes. After insurance is arranged, BOP will issue a delivery order to the dealership.

The Punjab government has not yet announced the official delivery date for the bikes. However, it is anticipated that deliveries will commence before the budget for the fiscal year 2024–25, once all procedures by the Bank of Punjab are completed.
