Punjab Healthcare Department Launches Massive Recruitment Drive
– 900 Medical Officers to be Recruited in Grade 17
– Vacancies in Teaching Hospitals to be Filled Soon
In a significant move to strengthen the healthcare system in Punjab, the Department of Primary and Secondary Healthcare has initiated a massive recruitment drive for 900 medical officers. The recruitment process will be carried out through the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).

According to Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir, the medical officers will be recruited on a regular basis in grade 17 and will be posted to various hospitals across the province. This move is aimed at improving the healthcare services in Punjab and ensuring that quality medical care is accessible to all.
Khawaja Salman Rafique, another prominent figure in the healthcare department, revealed that the recruitment process for vacant positions in teaching hospitals is also being expedited. This will help to strengthen the healthcare infrastructure in the province and provide better opportunities for medical professionals.
