Shawwal Moon Sighted: Eid-ul-Fitr on April 10, 2024 in Pakistan

On Tuesday, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee said they spotted the Shawwal moon in Pakistan. This means Eid-ul-Fitr will happen on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

The Committee’s Chairman, Moulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabeer Azad, shared this news.

They made this announcement after a meeting in Islamabad. Representatives from different government departments like the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Meteorological Department, and SUPARCO were there.

Also, committees in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, and Peshawar checked if people saw the moon.
