Legal Aid Society (LAS) is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead multi-sectoral programs in Sindh, Pakistan.
This contractual position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals experienced in program conceptualization, implementation, and policy advocacy.
Position Summary:
As a Program Manager, you will spearhead rule of law and governance initiatives, collaborating with diverse stakeholders including government bodies, CSOs, and NGOs. Your role involves designing and executing awareness clinics, training sessions, and policy dialogues. Additionally, you will contribute to report writing, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization efforts.
Educational Requirements and Core Competencies:
- Master’s degree in Program Management, Sociology, Law, or related field (Bachelor’s with 4+ years of experience considered).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in rule of law or gender security.
- Proficiency in English (Urdu/Sindhi knowledge desirable) and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Smartsheet.
