Job Description for Junior Production Engineer:
The Junior Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring safe shift operations, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to production plans. With a focus on continuous improvement, the incumbent will contribute to process efficiency, quality control, and maintenance within the production unit.

Core Responsibilities:
Process:
- Record production and dispatch data in SAP system
- Manage shift manpower for smooth operations
- Achieve shift-wise production targets in quality and quantity
- Prepare shift production reports and monitor worker attendance
- Control product losses and oversee lab results
Maintenance:
- Assess performance and maintenance of process equipment
- Coordinate with Shift Engineer for plant operations during outages
Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation
- Utilize logical and analytical approaches for problem-solving
Safety:
- Ensure safety of products, equipment, and workers during shifts
- Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with 0-2 years of experience
