This pivotal role encompasses providing comprehensive software application support, adeptly resolving both functional and technical queries, and ensuring seamless escalation of issues to Unikrew’s Level 2 and Level 3 support teams situated at their back office.

Job Responsibilities for Support Engineer Role:

As a support engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering meticulous software application support, efficiently addressing functional and technical queries from users.
  • Proficiently troubleshooting and resolving Level-1 issues by meticulously understanding the problem, scrutinizing logs, closely observing software behavior, and eliciting pertinent information from end-users.
  • Escalating complex or code-level issues to our esteemed Level-2 and Level-3 teams for comprehensive resolution.

Qualification and Other Requirements for Software Support Engineer:

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology (IT), or engineering.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and adept time management abilities.
  • A congenial personality with exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • While experience with .NET frameworks, SQL, MongoDB, and Rest API is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
